    "My perfume sample(s) arrived in a plastic bottle. I was expecting a miniature size of the original bottle instead"

    Answer: We use pictures of actual perfume bottles as main product image so you can easily browse our collection and quickly recognise the perfume you're looking for. We do our best to manage our customer expectations by showing a picture of the plastic sample bottle we sell on each product page to make you aware that you would receive your samples in a plastic bottle. The miniature bottles are rarely manufactured by the brands so it is very hard to find them. That’s why all perfume sample websites sell the same plastic bottles we use. You will always receive a plastic bottle whichever website you order your perfume sample from. These platic atomisers are the standard across all perfume sample websites in the UK.

    "My tracking code is not working. Why?"

    Answer: We only dispatch orders above £30 with Royal Mail Tracked, so please check if the shipping code you received starts with "TQ" or "MZ". If it starts with "TQ" or "MZ" this means you can track every step of your order.

    If your order is below £30, your code usually start with numbers instead of "TQ" or "MZ". This number is a reference code which we won't be able to track on our side until it's delivered. The reference code can be only tracked by Royal Mail in case the parcel gets lost during transit.

    "I haven't received my order. Where is my order?"

    Answer: Please allow at least 10 days before contacting us if you haven't received your order. We do our best to fulfill and dispatch your order with high priority delivery, but sometimes it may take longer than usual for Royal Mail to process and deliver orders especially during busy periods and strikes. We don't accept any responsibility if you entered and address with wrong or missing information.     "Do you only sell original perfumes?"

    Answer: We only sell original perfumes purchased from well-known retailers. We don't sell copycat or imitation fragrances. This is why our prices are different than other websites selling fragrance samples. If you have any doubts about the genuinity of your perfume, we would be happy to share the bottle batch number or the purchase receipt from retailer to prove it is original.
